I am the Director of Nursing at Lotus Wellness, where I work with the medical team and lead the nursing department. I bring 8 years of experience in mental health ranging from inpatient hospital to outpatient crisis center, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and am board certified in Psychiatric Mental Health.
My approach to care is compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based. I believe that true healing happens when we honor the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — while creating a safe, supportive environment grounded in dignity, respect, and collaboration. I value individualized care that recognizes each person’s lived experience, strengths, and capacity for growth.
I am especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating complex mental health challenges, substance use recovery, and co-occurring disorders. I strongly believe in integrating clinical excellence with mindfulness, wellness practices, and interdisciplinary teamwork to promote sustainable recovery and overall well-being.
What drew me to this work is a deep commitment to advocating for vulnerable populations and reducing stigma surrounding mental health. I am continually inspired by the resilience of those we serve and by the transformative power of compassionate, person-centered care. I find the greatest fulfillment in fostering a therapeutic culture where patients feel seen and heard, and where staff feel supported, empowered, and aligned in our shared mission of healing.
Outside of work, I enjoy crafting and working with my hands — whether creating something meaningful from simple materials or immersing myself in projects that require focus and creativity. I also cherish being a mom, which has been one of the most grounding and transformative roles in my life. Motherhood has strengthened my patience, deepened my empathy, and continually reminds me of the importance of presence, flexibility, and unconditional support.
I believe that healing is supported by connection, balance, curiosity, and compassion, and I strive to bring those values into my work each day. Just as in parenting and creating, meaningful growth in mental health care takes patience, intention, and a nurturing environment — principles that guide both my personal life and my professional practice.
