Primary Therapist, LMSW

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and Primary Therapist at Lotus Wellness, where I work with individuals navigating trauma, attachment wounds, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, dissociative disorders, and substance use, helping build steadiness, clarity, and a renewed connection to self. I bring clinical experience in residential care settings along with specialized training in Brainspotting, and I am continuing to pursue advanced trauma-focused training and clinical licensure.

My approach to care is trauma-informed, collaborative, and deeply compassionate. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build trust in their own inner experience. I value helping individuals understand the “why” behind their patterns while also learning practical tools to feel more regulated and grounded in daily life.

What drew me to this work is a deep respect for human resilience and the belief that meaningful change is possible, even after significant adversity. I find the most fulfillment in walking alongside clients as they strengthen self-awareness, build emotional stability, and begin to feel more connected to themselves and others. I want my office to feel like a breath of fresh air — a space where clients can exhale, feel steady, and reconnect with who they are beneath the stress and survival.

Outside of work, you can usually find me at a local farmers market, browsing plant shops, painting or exploring something creative, attending concerts, or spending time with my partner and our puppy. I believe that healing is supported by connection, creativity, curiosity, and balance, and I strive to bring that grounded, refreshing energy into my work every day.
