I am a Therapist at Lotus Wellness, where I support clients in reaching clinical goals and establishing tools to sustain a full and joyful life. I bring almost 3 years of experience in the field of mental health counseling, and I hold a Masters’ in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Belmont University and an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist license in TN.
My approach to care is compassionate, trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, and I believe that healing happens when clients feel safe enough to understand their inner world with curiosity rather than judgment. I am especially passionate about helping clients increase self-awareness and self-compassion through IFS Parts Work, supporting them in making sense of their symptoms and trauma so their younger parts can experience the love, care, and support they deserved—allowing them to build trust in themselves, regulate emotions, make authentic decisions, and communicate their needs with confidence.
What drew me to this work is the belief that simply being present to someone’s suffering can be the most healing experience, and I find the most fulfillment in providing positive alternative experiences for hurting people.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with close friends and family, laughing and talking over coffee, and watching The Golden Girls for the 100th time. I believe that healing is supported by connection and humor, and I strive to bring that into my work every day.
